D3SIST

D3SIST is a Ukranian-Canadian independent female artist and producer who explores the darker corners of electronic music by the fusion of electro-clash, darkwave and witchhouse. Her voice can be described as soporific, elusive and full of malice. Her vocals use over-driven effects, chopping, distortion, delays and reverb. D3SIST is inspired by artists like CRIM3S, SALEM, Crystal Castles and IC3PEAK for the main reason being that there are powerful female lead vocalists that all share the same shrieking vocals, and producers who make the catchiest synth hooks and use muddy drum sequencers. 

Additionally, D3SIST has dropped 7 singles starting with releasing her first single ‘Human Remains’ which gained a lot of traction from other artists in the same niche such as Perpetualll, Anøther and WEB to reach out and release 3 featuring singles.

Furthermore, D3SIST has a duo project with Canadian songwriter-producer Ethan, called Brothel in Belize as of July of 2024 which has been a major hit with over 10k monthly listeners with an upcoming album March of 2025. D3SIST is planning on touring with WEB and Brothel in Belize in the US for a whole month starting with LA and Seattle with full female witchhouse lineups. She believes that women in the electronic industry should come together and be recognized and represented at the forefront of a genre highly dominated by men.
