Secondhand Serenade, led by singer-songwriter John Vesely, rose to fame in the mid-2000s

as the #1 unsigned artist on MySpace, turning a self-released acoustic project into a global

phenomenon. His debut album Awake launched a career that quickly led to a record deal with

Glassnote Records and multi-platinum success.

In 2008, the breakout hit “Fall For You” reached the Top 5 at U.S. radio and earned triple-

platinum certification, cementing Vesely as a defining voice of the emo-pop generation. Since

then, Secondhand Serenade has toured worldwide, appeared on major television programs

and festivals, and built a fiercely loyal fanbase across generations.

Following the recent launch of the Awake 20th Anniversary Tour, Secondhand Serenade is

now entering a bold new chapter with brand new music on the horizon. New singles will begin

releasing throughout 2026, leading into a highly anticipated full-length album arriving in early

2027.
